None of Britain's police forces get top marks for leadership

A government review found that not a single police force across England and Wales received the highest leadership rating. A third of the 43 forces need to improve. The review, led by two peers, heard from nearly 2,000 police sergeants and inspectors and recommended setting up a new National Academy to train police leaders better.
