Greens would put $3.17b back into public services

The Green Party says if elected it would reverse National’s $2.4 billion in cuts to public services, like government departments. Co-leader Marama Davidson announced a $3.17 billion plan for 2027/28 to 2030/31, RNZ reported on 14 October 2026. It would restore Budget 2026 cuts and stop two further 5 percent cuts.
