Prices Kept Climbing in September
Prices in the U.S. were 3.7% higher than a year ago in September, up from 3.4%, the Bureau of Labor Statistics said Oct. 14. Inflation means how fast everyday costs climb, like groceries. That stretch hurts savers and borrowers. I'm watching if officials keep borrowing costs high for longer.
