Green politician may face £3,000-£4,000 bill over houseboat

Zack Polanski, a Green Party politician in London, said he will pay any unpaid council tax on his old houseboat. He may owe Waltham Forest Council between £3,000 and £4,000. The council has not yet decided, as it is still getting legal advice about whether houseboats on moorings have to pay council tax.
