Ukraine is destroying Russia's fuel supply with drones

Ukrainian drones have crippled about one-third of Russia's ability to refine oil—the process that turns crude into usable fuel—since last August. Eight refineries were damaged in June alone. Russia has cut fuel sales to over 40 regions to cope. The damage is so severe repairs won't finish until 2027, leaving Russia struggling for years.
