New Fitbit Can Track Health But Can't Pay or Take Calls
Google's Fitbit Edge, released October 12, cannot pay in stores by tapping your wrist like the Charge 6 it replaces, and cannot take phone calls from the wrist because it has no microphone or speaker. It uses Fitbit software to track heart rhythm, blood oxygen and skin temperature, with location tracking said to be 40% more accurate.
