Should London's office for Wales close?

Wales's former Labour leader Mark Drakeford said the Wales Office, the UK's team for Wales, could close. Asked on S4C's Y Byd yn ei Le if he would scrap it, he said: 'Yes, I think the time has come for us to think about that'. He said Tony Blair had considered scrapping it, debated at Westminster for over ten years.
