Police Briefly Hold Rahul Gandhi at New Delhi Protest

Police in India's capital, New Delhi, broke up a sit-down protest on Oct. 7 and briefly held Rahul Gandhi, leader of the opposition Congress party, and other elected members. It was day two of protests against the official in charge of elections. Hundreds of police were sent early. These detentions show growing conflict over vote management.
