Northern Ireland minister stays after cattle row

The BBC said Northern Ireland's Assembly, its local parliament, voted to keep Agriculture and Environment Minister Andrew Muir in post on 6 October. It said 38 MLAs, its elected members, voted against removing him. The debate at Stormont, the parliament building in Belfast, followed a row over killing cattle in County Tyrone.
