Woman and Children Freed After 12+ Years Locked in Home

Police in Pakistan rescued a French mother and her five children on June 24 after they were locked inside their home for more than 12 years. The father was arrested. The case involves both Pakistani courts and protections France can provide its citizens abroad. Doctors will assess them, and French officials will support the family.
