OpenAI Builder Meeting on Sept. 29 to Bring Altman Talk and 20 New Releases

OpenAI will hold DevDay 2026, its yearly gathering for software builders, in San Francisco on September 29. Chief executive Sam Altman will give a live opening talk at 1PM Eastern time. The company promises more than 20 new releases, with Altman saying “we have found a new thing.” The gathering includes learning sessions, live demonstrations and practical classes.
