Congress Divided on Whether to Limit Presidential War Powers on Iran

Five Republicans and all Democrats just voted to let the Senate debate whether Congress should have a say in military action against Iran. They passed a procedural test, 52-47. A similar vote on Venezuela earlier passed but then Republicans blocked it entirely. Iran's measure faces the same risk.
