Iran is using Canadian criminal gangs to spy on refugees here

Iran is hiring Canadian crime organizations to watch and threaten Iranians who fled to Canada, CSIS says. By using gangs as middlemen, Iran hides its fingerprints while forcing Canadian police, mounties, and spy agencies to work together in ways they normally don't — making investigations much harder.
