Cuba's Universities Move Online as Fuel Runs Short

Cuban universities have closed their campuses and moved all classes online because the country is running out of fuel. The U.S. is pressuring foreign oil tankers to stop delivering to Cuba, and blackouts are now so frequent that in-person learning isn't possible. Cuba can only produce 40% of the oil it needs, making it dependent on outside supply.
