Company Searching Nature for New Medicines Raises $311 Million

Enveda raised $311 million in a fifth private round, Series E, valuing the company at $2 billion — twice its value a year ago. Announced Sept. 23, led by Catalio Capital Management with Iconiq joining in. Founded in 2019 by Viswa Colluru, Enveda uses AI to search plants and microbes for new medicines already being tested in people.
