Most Americans, Even Daily AI Users, Say They're Worried

68% of Americans who use AI daily say they worry about it, in a Gallup survey paid for by Microsoft and reported Sept. 23. In total, 74% of Americans said they are worried, while 36% think AI will mostly help the country. Worry was highest in Western countries, with the U.S. at the top.
