Man given police warning over attacks at Reform gathering

West Midlands Police said a man has been given a formal police warning with conditions attached, after alleged attacks at Reform UK's national gathering at the NEC conference centre in Birmingham. The man spoke to officers by appointment rather than being arrested. Police said the case is still open and two other men have also spoken to officers by appointment.
