Why no TV cameras followed Trump to the UN meeting

No cameras followed President Trump to the UN General Assembly in New York on Sept. 21. CBS, CNN, Fox News and NBC refused to film after the White House kept out CNN, Politico and MS NOW. Normally one camera team shares video for all, like sharing class notes. Without that, the public has no independent way to see what happened.
