Claim Filed Against Boebert Over Staff Relationships and Payment

Rep. Lauren Boebert, a Republican from Colorado, was accused in a Sept. 17 complaint by David Wheeler of American Muckrakers PAC of having sexual relationships with three staff workers and paying top aide Clarice Navarro Ratzlaff $200,000 after one ended. Congress bans such relationships. Both women deny it. A complaint alone does not force an ethics investigation.
