Oura's $2.2 Billion Share Sale Mostly Pays Current Owners

Oura plans to sell 50 million shares at $40 to $44 each, worth up to $2.2 billion. Current owners account for 36.5 million shares. At $42 each, they would get about $1.53 billion before fees, while Oura gets about $567 million. Like a used-car sale, most money goes to prior owners, not the company.
