Carney to introduce new Building Canada Strong law Monday

Prime Minister Mark Carney says the government will introduce the Building Canada Strong Act on Monday, when Parliament returns. The proposed law would mean one federal check for projects, like a single inspection, with a decision within a year. Ministers Steven MacKinnon, Dominic LeBlanc and Patty Hajdu will explain it at a Monday afternoon news conference.
