Radius.to lets small community groups meet for free

Radius.to says clubs with up to 100 people can use its service for free. The organiser pays nothing to run the club, list meetings, or collect replies on who is coming. The company calls itself a newer version of Meetup, like a community noticeboard for neighbourhood groups in cities around the world.
