West Bank Shooting Hurts Man

A 30-year-old man was critically hurt Sunday morning, Sept. 20, 2026, in a shooting from a car targeting Israelis at Neve Tzuf, called Halamish, in the northern West Bank. The IDF, Israel's army, said shots came from a vehicle, according to reports. It comes before Yom Kippur, a Jewish holy day, leaving little response time.
