30-year-old Israeli killed in West Bank shooting, suspect caught

A 30-year-old Israeli who lived in the Halamish settlement died after being shot nearby in the central West Bank on Sept. 20, police said. The military said the shooter fired from a car, ran away on foot, was hurt while fleeing, and was later caught at a hospital where he went for care.
