National would ban screens for youngest learners if re-elected

National would ban screens for children in early learning centres and limit them in the first three years of primary school if re-elected, education spokesperson Erica Stanford says. The party wants more books, handwriting, talking and hands-on activities. Stanford says technology should help learning, not replace it.
