Lib Dem leader says rival party has £72m for unfair attacks

Sir Ed Davey, Liberal Democrat leader, accused Nigel Farage's Reform UK of having £72m for an 'arsenal of hate and lies.' From the main stage on party opening day at the Brighton Centre, he said the cash came from two billionaires rich from internet money, and promised not to stop fighting what he called 'nasty populism,' politics playing on anger.
