Flock Safety offers workers pay to leave voluntarily

Flock Safety offered all 1,500 workers money to leave on their own in September 2026. The company said the payout is the largest it has ever given. It expects many to accept and plans to approve most requests, warning it will almost certainly cut jobs directly if too few volunteer to go.
