Accenture to Work Inside AI Maker Anthropic to Check Safety

Anthropic said Sept. 18 that Accenture will be its first embedded evaluator. Staff from Accenture's Faculty AI division will work inside Anthropic like employees to try to trick its AI into misbehaving, check it acts as intended, and test its safety protections. That shifts safety checks from outside testing to continuous observation from within.
