New Zealand says it's safer to travel to parts of the Middle East again

New Zealand has lifted travel warnings for several Middle East countries after the United States helped broker a deal expected to reduce fighting. The change affects which travel insurance people can get and what help employers and the government can provide overseas. Wellington says it won't join the US and Israel in any military action.
