Swedish Teen Jailed for Ordering Serious Harm Online

A court in Sweden sentenced 18-year-old 'Chai' to over 10 years in jail for using the internet to order attempted murder, rape and severe beatings. Between ages 15 and 17, he directed two attempted killings in Germany and sexual harm of a teenage girl in Australia. Doctors found no major mental illness at the time.
