Apple Will Make Chips With Intel in the U.S. Instead of Taiwan

President Trump announced June 18 that Apple will work with Intel to design and build chips in America, rather than relying entirely on a Taiwanese company called TSMC. Apple previously bought part of Intel's phone modem business in 2019 and pledged $600 billion to U.S. manufacturing. Which specific chips and how many aren't yet public. Intel gains a major customer.
