Spotify offers free year of help for new independent musicians

Spotify has started Fresh Finds Forward for independent musicians added to a Fresh Finds playlist, its collections that spotlight new acts, after January 1, 2026. Those invited through Spotify for Artists, its app for musicians, get 12 months of extra help. It is free and pay per play stays the same.
