Dry Summer Could Cut Potato Harvest in Four Countries

Summer dry weather could cut about 3.1 million tonnes from the potato crop in Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands, the Energy and Climate Intelligence Unit says. With all four hit at the same time, there are fewer other places to buy from, so supplies could tighten and prices could rise.
