Firefox Lets You Pick Your New Tab Features. Chrome and Edge Don't.

Firefox now offers useful widgets—like to-do lists, timers, and weather—when you open a new browser tab. The difference: you decide what shows up. Chrome and Edge fill your new tab with content by default, and you have to turn things off if you don't want them. Firefox starts blank and lets you switch things on instead.
