Certain Swipes Can Briefly Freeze iPhones

iPhones with the newest software, iOS 27, can briefly freeze if you swipe down for alerts and then quickly swipe down for quick settings. Buttons and icons get stuck at the top of the screen and the phone ignores touches. Like a brief jam, it clears by itself and does no lasting harm.
