Parliament's referee steps in after early Fire and Emergency report leaks

Speaker Gerry Brownlee, Parliament's referee, has sent a complaint about a leaked early report to the Privileges Committee, its rules group. National MP Tim Costley raised the leak of the Governance and Administration Committee draft, linked to a Post story on Fire and Emergency New Zealand. Brownlee said MPs should see it first.
