Two Young Boys Accused of Killing Student Marco Tapia

Two boys, 14 and 16, are accused of murder in the killing of 23-year-old college student Marco Tapia. Officers went to his family home in Glen Alpine just before 4am on 1 September and found him shot; he died there. A judge ordered the boys to stay locked up until they go to a court for young people on Thursday.
