Court Says Government Can't Punish Man for Angry Email, for Now

A federal court told the Department of Homeland Security and its immigration agency ICE they cannot punish David Streever of Rochester, New York, for a harsh email he sent former acting ICE leader Todd Lyons. The temporary order blocks a warning letter and other threats while Streever's free-speech case continues.
