Nvidia boss says safe AI comes from better building, not new rules

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang told Salesforce's Dreamforce conference on September 15 that making AI safe is 'an engineering problem, not a legal one,' so no new AI laws are needed. Since people build AI's machines and programs, he said, current laws cover it, and customer demand plus care by companies in how they release AI can keep it safe.
