Labour would stop big firms overcharging for food and fuel

Labour leader Chris Hipkins says if Labour wins the election, big companies that dominate food or fuel sales could not charge unfairly high prices. Like one supermarket in a town putting prices up because locals cannot shop elsewhere. Labour has announced the idea, but Parliament has not seen it.
