Three babies might still be alive if bosses and doctors had acted sooner on concerns about Lucy Letby, Lady Justice Thirlwall's investigation found. It said Countess of Chester hospital was a 'complete failure' at protecting babies. Letby, 36, was given 15 life sentences and will stay in prison for life for murdering seven babies and trying to kill seven others.
