HTC's $499 Vive Eagle Panto Glasses Reach the US

HTC's Vive Eagle Panto glasses are on sale in the US for $499 with plain sunglass lenses that do not correct vision. They first went on sale in Taiwan a year earlier. Sales now include the US, Europe, the UK and Australia. The Wayfarer-style frame, a familiar thick-rimmed look, weighs about 49 grams, as much as two AA batteries.
