Trump says U.S. must beat China in building smart computers

President Trump said Sept. 15 the U.S. must lead China in artificial intelligence, or computer systems that learn like people. He said some limits are needed but 'very negative forces' overstate the danger. He still supports building the most advanced systems despite fears in the industry it could destroy humanity.
