Dell's Group Nears $7.7 Billion Deal for Baldwin

$7.7 billion is the reported price for Michael Dell's DFO Management, with Sequence, to buy insurance seller Baldwin Group and remove it from the stock market, the Financial Times reported Sept. 13. That means buying all shares held by the public. No final deal has been announced yet.
