Ending a city's Flock deal, for cameras that photograph license plates, does not always remove cameras or delete old photos quickly. Stevens Point covered its 10 cameras after ending its deal; Bridgewater bagged its cameras after voting to cancel. EFF senior staff attorney Saira Hussain, who read dozens of city deals, said what happens to old data is still unclear.
