Greece to get shipped gas in new buying deal

METLEN signed a formal buying deal to get shipped natural gas for Greece from PETRONAS, Naftemporiki reported Sept. 14. The gas is chilled to liquid, like ice to carry water, so ships can move it. PTUK will supply it. With price, amount, length and start date undisclosed, we cannot yet tell profit or energy-reliability impact.
