Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland Leaders to Sign Independence Promise in Cardiff

Rhun ap Iorwerth, John Swinney and Michelle O'Neill are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding, like a written teamwork promise, at a Cardiff conference on Monday. It says Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have the right to become separate countries and asks Westminster, the UK parliament in London, to prepare, plan and help make that change.
