Michael Aiello, the boss of company-deal work at law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, is leaving to join rival Cravath, the Wall Street Journal and American Lawyer reported Sept. 10. I read it like a star chef changing restaurants: the question is who — customers and staff — moves with him.
