Opposition parties back long-term infrastructure plan in writing

Labour and the Greens have each written supporting statements for the government's 30-year infrastructure plan, released on 16 June. Their public backing makes it harder for future governments to change course. New Zealand has a history of dropping long-term infrastructure projects after elections, so this written support could make that tougher to do.
