Labour plans to make pregnancy scans free

Labour says it will pay for pregnancy ultrasounds if it wins the election. These scans check the baby's development and usually happen twice during pregnancy. Right now pregnant people pay for them themselves. Labour announced this 16 June as part of a broader health plan that also covers free GP visits and cervical screening.
